Product Prices: Prices of products may change at any time without notice. Posted prices are final for your order. Prices include VAT. Applicable shipping costs will be added at checkout.

Shipping Limitations: We ship within the UK only. We cannot ship to PO boxes. You must provide a valid UK shipping address.

Payment Processing: All transactions are processed by secure third party processors who encrypt card data. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your card for order costs and shipping.

Order Verification: We may contact you to validate order details to prevent fraud. If we cannot reach you or verify information, your order may be cancelled.

Out of Stock Items: If an item you ordered is unavailable, you will not be charged for it. We may offer substitute options or you can remove the item from your order.

Cancellations and Returns: Online orders can be cancelled for refund up to 24 hours after placement if order processing has not begun. You may return unopened products in original condition within 30 days.

Promotions: Promo codes must be entered at checkout. Only one code may be used per order. Codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or redeemed for cash.
